Receptionist / Accounting Clerk (Part-time or full-time)
Responsibilities:
Switch board and relieve front receptionist on breaks
Enter trades into garage register and make files
Buy in new and used vehicles and dealer trades into accounting system and make files
Enter invoices
Organize back filing room
Ensure garage register is up to date
Vehicle funding and reconciliation
Account reconciliations
Other ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
Previous accounting experience (minimum 5 years)
Attention to detail
Team Player
Strong work ethic
Good communication skills
