The Honda Fit is also more technologically advanced than it has ever been, and now offers state-of-the-art features like Android Auto and Apple CarPlay systems.
The new and sporty 2018 Honda Fit went on sale last week, featuring a bold design as well as upgraded connectivity and safety technologies that allow the new Fit to shine brighter than ever before. Available starting from $15,190, the 2018 Honda Fit is the best model yet, and offers the same versatility that buyers have come to love.
A New Sport Version for the 2018 Honda Fit
The biggest addition to the 2018 Fit is the addition of the new Sport version to its lineup. With 16-inch alloy wheels, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and an all-new Orange Fury colour, the Fit Sport is packed with personality.
The Honda Fit is also more technologically advanced than it has ever been, and now offers state-of-the-art features like Android Auto and Apple CarPlay systems. This means that you get an even more seamless integration between your phone and the new Fit’s infotainment system.
Safety on board the Honda Fit has also been upgraded with the integration of the Honda Sensing Driver Assistance Technology package. The package comes standard on all versions of the Fit, and is equipped with a continuously variable automatic transmission.
Honda Sensing takes safety to a whole new level thanks to its advanced collision prevention and mitigation systems that include Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), a Collision Mitigation Brake Braking System™ (CMBS™) that incorporates Forward Collision Warning (FCW), a Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS) and Road Departure Mitigation (RDM) with Lane Departure Warning (LDW).
Such systems are designed to warn the driver of a possible collision, and intervenes if the driver fails to pick up on the warning.
The 2018 Honda Fit Still Features Incredible Fuel Economy Numbers
Under the hood, the 2018 Honda Fit continues to be powered by a 1.5-litre four-cylinder engine that delivers 130 horsepower and 114 pound-feet of torque. Although powerful, this engine also proves to be fuel-efficient with an average fuel economy rating of just 7.0 litres per 100 kilometres in the city, and 5.9 litres per 100 kilometres on the highway when the engine is paired to a continuously variable automatic transmission. A manual transmission is also available.
Now available in the DX, LX, Sport, EX, and EX-L Navi versions, the 2018 Honda Fit is available in a variety of versions and trims. This means that you are always sure to get a Honda Fit that matches your needs.
