- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel and possess the ability to navigate through multiple windows and multiple software systems.
- Must be able to work well with customers and work well under pressure.
- Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must also possess the ability to multi-task.
- The individual must be able to speak effectively
- ABILITY to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
- Ability to problem solve with customers and communicate these thoughts in easy to understand fashion.
