2) Warranty Clerk / Appointment Coordinator/ BDC

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel and possess the ability to navigate through multiple windows and multiple software systems.
  • Must be able to work well with customers and work well under pressure.
  • Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must also possess the ability to multi-task.
  • The individual must be able to speak effectively
  • ABILITY to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
  • Ability to problem solve with customers and communicate these thoughts in easy to understand fashion.
