Despite the added performance of the new HR-V, it averages under 9 L per 100 km in both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive configurations.
The 2023 Honda HR-V also has more interior space. It is wider and has grown in length as well by 221 mm. This means even more interior space for what was already one of the most spacious and practical small SUVs on the market. Buyers will enjoy 691 L of total cargo space behind the seats, and a total of 1,559 L total cargo space overall.
The 2023 Honda HR-V also delivers more interior technology. There is an available larger 9 in centre colour touchscreen, wireless charging pad for your phone, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a new digital instrument cluster. There is also improved safety technology including Low-Speed Braking Control to prevent front and rear false-start collisions, and an advanced automatic braking and detection system that can detect other vehicles, pedestrians, bicyclists, and road signs. The 2023 Honda HR-V also gets new Traffic Jam Assist and Traffic Sign Recognition systems.
