The All New 2023 HR-V has Arrived

Not too big, and definitely not too small. The All-New 2023 HR-V proves that YES YOU CAN – HAVE IT ALL!

It’s always exciting when Honda roles out a new generation of a popular model.  Honda has declared that 2022 is the Year of the SUV with the HR-V being the first new generation to arrive at the dealership.

The all-new 2023 HR-V will be significantly larger than before and inching closer to the CR-V in size.  That means it will be one of the largest entrants in the subcompact-crossover segment.

While the first-generation HR-V shared its platform with the Honda Fit, the new HR-V rides on the same platform as the award-winning 2022 Civic. Its wheelbase grows by 1.7” and it's an impressive 9.4” longer than before, making it just 2.3” shorter than the CR-V.

A larger, more responsive engine, an all-new platform with a smooth-riding independent rear suspension, and a clean, high-tech interior with standard digital instrumentation display and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, take HR-V to a new level.

Powering every 2023 HR-V is a larger 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine producing 158 horsepower (SAE net @ 6,500 rpm) and 138 lb.-ft. of torque (SAE net @ 4,200 rpm). Compared to the 1.8-liter 4-cylinder in the first-generation HR-V, the new engine is more powerful (+17 hp and +11 lb.-ft. of torque), while delivering improved drivability, refinement, and lower emissions.

The All-New 2023 HR-V has arrived and is available for test drives.
